Relay / WireGuard Hostnames
Addresses appliances use to reach the SignalBox relay service. The secondary address provides a fallback when the primary is unavailable.
Gatekeeper Hostnames
These are the primary and backup addresses for reaching Gatekeeper, which provides connection information and shared settings. The chat app is designed to use these names on first setup, then only when every saved IP address fails: primary first, backup second. Chat-app integration is still pending. Appliances and VPN relays also use Gatekeeper to enroll and synchronize settings.
Chat Hostname
The base domain used in chat account addresses. Gatekeeper combines it with each organization ID to assign that appliance’s chat hostname. Appliances check for changes during regular synchronization, normally every minute while online. A changed hostname is confirmed only after the appliance updates its chat service and migrates its accounts.
Gatekeeper Anti-blocking IP Addresses
A saved list of 1–10 alternative addresses for reaching Gatekeeper without a DNS lookup. The chat app is designed to try these IPs in order whenever it needs Gatekeeper, and use the hostnames only if all IPs fail. Every successful authenticated connection will refresh the list. Chat-app integration is still pending.
Global SMTP Email Service
Shared SMTP credentials used by Chat Appliances, WireGuard VPN Relays, and Gatekeeper for service emails. Gatekeeper centrally manages these credentials and securely supplies them to authorized appliances and relays. Credentials are not exposed to chat clients.
Default Relay / WireGuard Settings
Set the router connection template for future appliance provisioning. No registered appliance is required.
Saving or approving does not apply changes to appliances.

Approval freezes the configuration and requests signing. It does not report successful delivery.

Import an application release
Upload a plain TAR application package, then describe its compatibility. Maximum 64 MiB. OS upgrades and database migrations are not supported here.
Release catalogue
An approved release is signed separately. Only published releases can be assigned. Retirement preserves artifacts and history for recovery.
Select a small test cohort first. Recent authenticated inventory is required; compatibility is checked again on the appliance.
Appliance delivery
Assignments are desired state. Device reports are shown separately and do not prove data or operating-system rollback.
